"Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty".
--John F. Kennedy

January 20, 1961
"The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it".
--Thucydides
Ancient Greek historian and author

"Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are often stiffened".
--Billy Graham
"I’m proud to be an American
where at least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you
and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt
I love this land
God bless the U.S.A".

I LOVE AMERICA!!!
God bless those who have served, those who have given their lives, and all the families who love them. May we always remember and teach our children that, as it is said, "Freedom is not free".
Why did you change the picture? The colors in that first one were so vibrant... not that I do not like this one, of course...
I had downloaded that one from Webshots and then I read that I was only supposed to use a thumbnail with credits. Then I remembered that I had taken this picture a few years ago. So I dug it up and switched it. :)
