Babysitting Caleb

Heath and Jenn wanted to go to the movies, so I got to stay with Caleb. He was as good as can be and enjoyed playing in his "office" (his exersaucer) and watching Baby Einstein. It's pretty impossible to get him to smile when I am taking the pictures by myself, because of course all he can see is the camera pointing at him. But, I thought you might like to see a couple of the pictures anyway. Because he's pretty doggone cute -- smile or not!

David stopped by for a little visit and was very happy to watch some Baby Einstein with Caleb!

How cute. Looks like you caught an "almost" smile in picture two...

Yeah, he gives out a lot of "almost" smiles! Unless you're Jenn or Heath, you have to work a little harder for an all-out grin. But, it's worth it!

i am so happy he was good for you. all i envisioned throughout the whole movie was him crying. it was nice to know that both Caleb and I could be happy when apart...we may have to try this more often.

so what movie did you see?

I wasn't completely sure he would like being away from his momma either! But, he seemed happy with me (and Poppy) as substitutes for a while. He didn't cry once -- well, except when I was out of his sight for that little girl's room break (sorry, TMI!) -- and had a great time playing, eating and watching the dreaded Baby Einstein!

we saw the break-up. it was cute but heath didn't like the ending. in case you are going to see it i won't tell you why.

probably the guy grovels and changes his life to get the girl back?

that does happen but it is not the ending...
